GX WORKS 2 CONFIGURATION PROBLEM HOW TO
And if I understand the manual - only way to reset the counter is to reset the communication ? How to reset it? I cannot restart WHOLE PLC to reset counters of Modbus modules! It would be dumb. And my system have a flaw - if error counter reaches 65000 of errors - which will happen in system in long time - then I will not be able to monitor error - because the counter just stops. Problem occurs when there is only few alarms - I wanted to do "error clear Request" I prepared everything according to manual - but nothing happens, error from Module is not cleared (and it looks bad if Inspector sees on 3 modules Red Error Leds) also I tried to "Force' error led to turn off also I didnt turn it off. If its high - it generates an alarm of Modbus Error. I worked a simple program which counts number of errors in 1 minute.

wire disconnected, slave turned of = many timeout errors). Could you compile the Wii Version of your GensplusGX with Fix94's new WiiU Gamepad Patch This is only usable with a sepcial patched fw.img and homebrew injected into a wiiu vc title, details on. But I would need to have control over it! I must prepare an alarm if communication from slaves get disrupted (i.e. Everything works perfectly, but sometimes errors occurs of reply timeout from slave. Im using in my project 3 Modbus modules QJ71MB91.

Good Day Again This time I come to you with question about Modbus control. My latest ideas was getting me nowhere thats why I ask for help - where Im making a mistake? I post pictures of latest config which didnt work: Top of screen is GX Developer configuration Bottom of each screen is iX developer configuration. But Scada (wonderfull Beijer iX Runtime) cannot communicate to it. I tried plenty of configurations and no results. With this program you can create your own function blocks for easy re-use or utilize pre-made function blocks.

But I cannot force this module to work for me. GX Works2: GX Works2 is the next generation configuration and programming software for FX and Q Series controllers. The GX Works 3 software package includes GX Works 2 and GX Developer, covering the entire Melsec Controller Series lineup. I wanted to use QJ71E71 - 100 as second ethernet port for IPC to share the load and create some kind of redundancy (I loose wire to build-in cpu then I have module as redundant wire - strange FMEA and Certification Associety requirements). as graphic-based system configuration, integrated motion control setup and multiple language support, providing an intuitive engineering environment solution.

Its around 1000bits + 100 registers to each device (big monitoring alarm system for newbuild ship). And I'm getting a lot of communication errors - I bet this is problem of much data to be send.

But In my system I use 11 e-series panels and 3x Runtime Scada IPCs. I have CPU with build-in ethernet port which I configure without a problem on MC protocol (udp/tcp). This time I must admit defeat with configuration attempts of QJ71E71 - 100 module. This was introduced in a fairly recent version of GX Works2 and is only possible on FX because only FX has the "one program file" limit in the CPU.Good Day Again Last time you helped me a lot with my "pointer" problem. In that case, the compiler will join these POU's into one MAIN program file before downloading it into the cpu. In that case, Mitsubishi introduced something called "program linkage order setting" which allows you to join a number of simple ladder POU's (up to 256 i think).
GX WORKS 2 CONFIGURATION PROBLEM UPGRADE
It has to be noted that Mitsubishi introduced a solution to this problem which allows multiple simple ladder POU's inside one MAIN program file IF you upgrade your project from simple ladder to simple ladder with labels (and therefor introduce a compiler stage). 2 CREATED PROGRAM AND SYSTEM CONFIGURATION 2 - 1 to 2 -4 2.1 System Configuration 2 - 2 2.2 Overview of Program Creation 2 - 2 3 CREATING PROGRAM IN STRUCTURED LADDER/FBD LANGUAGE 3 - 1 to 3 -48 3. Upgrading to structured program will not help if you want your POU to remain in simple ladder (and not structured ladder) since it will have the same limitation. I don't understand how you managed to import an FX3U program from GX Developer into GX Works2 which has more than one POU (Abart, ERRORS_G.)? In simple ladder (GX developer), an FX3U program can only have one POU called MAIN because there can only be one "program file" in the CPU called MAIN.
